With so much to do and see at the Jumpin' Jupiter, you'll want to plan your visit and be prepared to take full advantage of the club's offerings.
What is The Jumpin' Jupiter?
"The Jumpin' Jupiter is a fabulous, first of its kind Live Entertainment Venue. We pair Live Entertainment (be it dancers, musicians, or what-so-ever), with great drinks (at affordable prices), and great food to make this place the best escape from the world for the hard times we are all experiencing. The core concept of The Jumpin' Jupiter is to create a comfortable environment where anyone can feel like a millionaire and forget about the outside world. Specifically speaking The Jumpin' Jupiter is a fabulous live entertainment venue of cabaret size, with a fabulous bar and kitchen within the theatre space. We highly encourage partying, drinking, eating and other assorted merriment within the confines of our space. Aesthetically speaking The Jumpin' Jupiter is like a 1930's Hollywood Glam Party rolled in velvet, crystals, glitter, and gold."
Dress Code:
"We have no official dress code for The Jumpin' Jupiter, but we encourage getting dressed up to match our fabulous 1930's Hollywood Glamour feel, but we want you to dress in what YOU would wear on a night out. We are the kind of place where you would expect Dean Martin and Old Blue Eyes to kick back a few martinis and tell dirty jokes. So please bring your white suits, bow-ties, feather boas, fur coats, fedora hats, kick back and relax." No sleeve less shirts, ball caps, etc.
Alcoholic Beverages:
"At The Jumpin' Jupiter we have a gigantic bar we refer to as the "Titanic Bar" it is housed within the confines of the viewing space, and takes up about ¼ of our floor space. It would be pointless to re-iterate the size of our "Titanic Bar," so please come visit us and kick back a few."
Super Supper Show:
"The Super Supper show is "le piece de resistance" of The Jumpin' Jupiter concept. It pairs a Chef's Tasting Menu with a two hour show. The courses alternate between the breaks in the show. So there is a little show, then the first course, a little more show, second course, and so on and so forth. Drinks are not included in the price. The Super Supper Show is what is referred to as a Chef's Tasting Menu, meaning that the Chef has chosen these dishes to be served in the order they are presented, to take you on a culinary journey. To modify or change this would change the purpose of the Supper Show and the intention it was created for.
Gratuity Explanation:
Parties of 6 ot more will receive an automatic 20% gratuity added to the bill at the end of the night.
Dietary Restrictions For Supper Shows:
We regularly use peanuts, shellfish, and gluten in our kitchen. Please contact us at 314-645-JUMP if you have special dietary restrictions.
Smoking:
"Because of Saint Louis County laws, smoking is not permitted within the confines of The Jumpin' Jupiter. We do allow smoking in front of The Jumpin' Jupiter, please remember to throw your cigarette butts in the trash not on the ground or street."
Parking:
"We have plenty of parking all around the building."
Drinks:
"We have some awesome house drinks, for the ladies I recommend a "Princess-Tini" made with cotton candy. We have a very well stocked bar from $2 PBR to Stoli Elite
Beers:
"We have great seasonally acceptable beers on tap at all points in time. Don't get mad if we don't have one of your favorites please just let us know and we'll take it under consideration."
Seating:
"For those that ask, we do not have any bad seats or view points in our venue, being a cabaret at any given point in time you are never too far from the stage. And in some ways, it might be better to be back a bit to get a full view of the stage. Seats are assigned based on when tickets were purchased and party size to make the space the most efficient. For large parties we do our best to accommodate you, unfortunately we are a cabaret sized venue so we are parties larger than 16 may have to be split into 2 tables. But we are able to accomodate them.
Large Groups:
"Please call us to purchase all of your tickets, so that we can ensure that all your seats are put together. We cannot guarantee seats purchased separately will be placed in the same row, or even close."
What time should I arrive?
"Please check the show details for a reasonable explanation"
Is it okay to bring my own food or drinks?
"No. The Jumpin' Jupiter prides itself on its outstanding cuisine, created by Chef Izzy, who has studied under world-class chefs. During supper show ticketed events a four course meal is included in the purchase price. On non-supper show events an å la carte dinner menu is available for purchase."
Are children allowed to attend?
"Our shows are geared to give adults an evening out without the little ones. The minimum age for entry is 18 for supper shows, but for other shows unless it is specifically noted we are a 21 and up club."
We do make special arrangements sometimes for special circumstances.
What is the procedure if I have special needs?
"Contact the venue at (314-645-JUMP) prior to your event to make special arrangements, such as food allergies, disabled seating, etc. Please give us as much advance notice as possible to ensure that we can accommodate your needs."
Are walk-ins welcome?
Yes for all general admission or standing room tickets if there is room. For seated tickets, "Because of the nature of our unique dinner & entertainment program, we need to sell tickets in advance in order to anticipate and plan for each evening. Tickets may be purchased up to the date of the show, given that the event hasn't sold out. Call 314-645-JUMP to check the availability tickets."
Do you accept credit cards and debit cards at the club?
Yes. These are forms of payment are accepted for tickets, beverages, add-ons, gratuities and merchandise.
Can I rent the Jumpin' Jupiter for a private event?
"Of course. See the Private Events tab for more information, or call us at 314-645-JUMP."
If a show is canceled, how do I get my money back?
We will call you and refund your money. If it has been a week, please call ticketing, we want to build long term coustomers not take your money.
Do you have a licensed nurse on call, in the event that the on stage entertainment proves too much for my fragile heart?
"Nope. Sorry. If dazzling and provocative acts of orchestrated chaos are bad for your health, please seek alternative entertainment. We do want to assure you that the Jumpin' Jupiter takes every precaution to make every experience safe for everyone. The construction of the space meets or exceeds all fire and assembly codes, with exits clearly marked. Our trained staff will be ever at the ready to provide any assist you may need."
Is The Jumpin' Jupiter for everyone?
"The Jumpin' Jupiter is for everyone, we have a show that you will enjoy at some point. Perhaps Burlesque isn't your cup of tea, perhaps Rock bands aren't either, but being a venue you can always check our schedule and find out which event is for you."
Arrival:
For Supper Shows please arrive between 5:00 and 5:45pm. Dinner will start at 6:00p.m. and the show will begin at 6:30p.m. We cannot seat guests past 7:00 for Supper Shows. Also please note that you generally cannot purchase Supper Show tickets at the door, they must be purchased in advance, and we cannot accomodate, tag-alongs, or walk-ins. At the end of the show, we clear everyone out for the next grouup of people much like a movie theater.
On Late Night shows we do not seat or allow any guests to enter until all of the Supper Show guests have departed. While you wait to enter please line-up outside the building heading east-wards on manchester (into the city away from Sutton). Once all guests have left we will come and let you know when we can begin to seat guests.

JUMPIN JUPITER POLICIES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket will not be issued.
GRATUITY POLICY:
We expect all patrons of the Jumpin' Jupiter to tip their waiters, waitresses, and bartenders. On groups of 6 or more an 20% Gratuity will automatically be added to any items purchased at the Jumpin Jupiter.
LARGE PARTY POLICY:
The Jumpin' Jupiter can accommodate large parties. We cannot guarantee that everyone will be at the same row. Also on large parties we do not accept split checks of any form. If you wish to have split checks you must pay with cash or run a "tab" with your server or purchase drinks each round at a time.
ABANDONED TABS:
All tabs abandoned at the bar will be charged an automatic 20%.

NO RECORDING DEVICES, STILL CAMERAS, OR VIDEO CAMERAS PERMITTED. Seated Tickets: Are Seated Chairs at cocktail tables. THESE ARE THE ONLY SEATS IN THE JUMPIN JUPITER AND YOU MUST PURCHASE A SEATED TICKET TO RECEIVE A SEAT!!!
